How To Book

Once you have decided on the artists, games, or events you require, telephone us on 0047 64865536 and our Sales Representative will be able to advise you of availability, price and any other information you require.

Our Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays and a 24 hour call out system is available at all other times.

Confirming Your Booking

If the artists, activities, games or events you require we will hold a provisional booking. Night Owl Entertainment will then send you a booking contract. This contract needs to be completed and returned with a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The signed booking contract and deposit must be received within the period agreed at the time of booking, otherwise the provisional booking will be cancelled. A booking is not confirmed by us until we have received the signed booking contract and deposit upon which we will send you a conformation invoice. You will be given a reference number to support your booking which can be quoted in all correspondence.

Final Payment

Remaining payment is required 7 days prior to the event.

Altered Bookings

All amendments to bookings must be negotiated through Night Owl Entertainment and confirmed in writing. Cancelling a game, activity or event will be subject to the following terms:

From signing of contract to 28 days prior to event, 50% of Total Amount

From 28 days to 14 days prior to the event, 50% of Total Amount

From 14 days prior to the event, 100% of Total Amount

All deposits will be held against cancellation charges

Late Bookings

If you book within 21 days of the event this will be regarded as a 'late booking'. In these circumstances payment can only be accepted if made by credit or debit cards, cash or bankers draft.

Public Liability

Night Owl Entertainment hold public liability insurance for caused by accidents or equipment failure. All participants use the equipment or take part in games and events supplied at their own risk.

M.V.A / V.A.T.

Will be charged at the current rate.
